Sliding Screens In East Peoria
Sliding Screens in East Peoria, IL
Close to a quarter of the homes in East Peoria were built before 1950, and plenty of those front doors have no room for a storm door. Our Solar Shield Blinds Sliding Screens don't need the framing a traditional door system does, so you can open the door to the breeze and keep the bugs out, then slide the screen away when you're done.

- Older Front EntriesAn entry that can't take a swing screen door or storm door can take a Sliding Screen, built to the exact size of the opening.
- Decks Facing The River ValleyOpen the patio door to the view and the breeze off the valley, with the screen drawn across to keep the bugs outside.
- Double Panel And Outswing DoorsDouble doors come in many forms, including French, sliding, bi-fold, double panel, outswing and pivot doors, and Sliding Screens for double doors are made for all of them.
- Garage WorkshopsA screen across the garage door opening keeps the air moving while you work and the leaves out on the driveway.
Made To Measure
A screen door that disappears when you don't need it
A conventional framed rolling screen door stays in the opening whether you're using it or not. Our Sliding Screens retract into their housing, so the doorway looks the way it did before, and the view through the glass stays clear.
Every screen runs in top and bottom tracks and is built to your door, up to 9 feet tall, and up to 65 inches wide on a single door or 130 inches on French doors. Pick from 8 standard and 18 custom colors and 3 handle options to match the trim on your East Peoria home.
There are a couple of things to know before you order. A bottom track is required, which makes a low threshold at the door, and the tracks need lubricated several times a year. The screen can also look a little wavy from some angles, and your Design Specialist will walk you through it at your consultation.
