Where It Fits In Bloomington
Sliding Screens From Franklin Square To Fox Creek
Historic entries near Franklin Square and White Place, French doors in Hershey Grove and Ireland Grove, and big patio sliders on the golf course lots at Fox Creek all take a Sliding Screen built to the door.
- Historic Front DoorsA Sliding Screen doesn't need the framing of a storm door, and it tucks out of sight when you're done, so a historic entry keeps its look.
- French DoorsTwo screens meet on a center magnet strip, covering French doors up to 130 inches wide.
- Golf Course Patio SlidersLarge Opening Sliding Screens cover up to 12 feet wide, or 24 feet in a double configuration, for the multi-panel doors that open onto the patio.
- Back And Garage DoorsThe doors you open every day get the same smooth glide on top and bottom tracks.
Fit And Finish
Built to the door, matched to the trim
Your Design Specialist measures each door in your Bloomington home, and we build the Sliding Screens to those exact sizes. Single doors go up to 9 feet tall and 65 inches wide, and French doors go up to 130 inches wide.
Pick from 8 standard colors and 18 custom colors so the housing and tracks blend with your trim, and choose from 3 handle options. Large Opening Sliding Screens come in 4 standard colors and have adjustable track stops.
A Sliding Screen runs in a top track and a bottom track, and the bottom track leaves a low threshold to step over. Lubricate the tracks several times a year and the screens keep running smoothly. From some angles the screen can look a little wavy, and retained screens show more waves because of the zipper weld.
