Fixed Screens In Champaign
Fixed Screens in Champaign, IL
The Illinois State Climatologist reports higher wind speeds on the flat, open terrain of central Illinois, and a screened porch in Champaign needs to hold up to it. Our Solar Shield Blinds Fixed Screens are cut on site to fit the gables, arches and angle tops a shade can't cover, and rolled in tight with a heavy duty spline.

Built For The Wind
A taut screen with nothing across the view
Our fixed screen system keeps your view as clear as possible, without adding vertical or horizontal supports. The screen is rolled into its track with a heavy duty spline so it stays taut in the wind.
Pick from six screens: Tuff Screen, Tuff Screen No See Um, a 70% bug screen, and 80%, 90% and 95% solar screens. The 95% matches the exterior patio shade screen we most commonly use, so a porch with both looks like one system.
Every Fixed Screen is built at your Champaign home to the size of the opening. Your Design Specialist will look at every opening, and our Install Techs cut and fit each screen on site.
